Jay is the main designer and manager at dream Kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms, he is excellent at his job and will do his absolute best (should you decide to) too give you the best experience and installation of the best kitchen you choose, he knows his stuff and will guide you in terms of placement of units to utilise the space best but also listening to what you want from a new kitchen. Our experience from beginning to end has been brilliant and could not fault jay or any of the workers who do the fitting, building alterations, electrics, all are conscientious and do there job to a very high standard.

Dream kitchens Bathrooms and Bedrooms, have just completed our ensuite.we couldn't be more pleased with the ensuite,they have done a fantastic job.we took some time to make our decision on what to choose and found jay to be really helpful.gareth and Jamie were very respectful and courteous whilst working in our home .

We had recently built a new extension and needed a kitchen to go into it. After various google searches we came across Dream Kitchens. I left an answerphone message and within 1 hour, received a phone call back from Jay (manager). We then arranged a meeting for the next few days. Jay was a very calming and considerate person  to deal with, his service was what made us want to use Dream Kitchens. Of all the companies we contacted, he was the only person to come to site before designing us a kitchen. Our site had already had "first fit" so this made the process a lot easier. After 3 meetings, we had our final plan and it was booked in. Sadly the manufacturing took 3 weeks longer than anticipated, but this was out of Jay's hands. However, it was worth the wait, the units are all great quality, and Jay has an account with Bosch, meaning that we got decent quality appliances with some discount via a cashback scheme. Jay assigned Steve to fit our kitchen, it took Steve around 5 working days to complete. Steve even came to site on Good Friday to ensure that our sink was plumbed up in time for the public holiday. The oven arrived damaged, but Jay immediately sourced a like for like replacement with no cost. We are delighted with the finish and would happily use Dream Kitchens again.

Jay and his team were very helpful; they took careful note of my needs and made helpful suggestions for a refit of my kitchen and extension and refit to my tiny en-suite. Excellent company to work with. We wanted 3 bathrooms updated. Their support on choosing the right products was great. They have extensive products to choose from. They came out to us and explained the process. The team they used to fit the bathroom were excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. I can't speak highly enough of Dream Kitchens and Bedrooms, Wellington, Shropshire: nothing is too much trouble for them. They assisted me in finding replacement hinges for my fitted kitchen door. I strongly recommend them.
